New Beer alert!

Our newest collaboration beer was a very special tribute near + dear to our owner Tucker's heart!
We were approached by The NH League of Craftsmen to participate in their "Spirit of the Maker" series, and we were paired up with the NH Potters Guild, to create a beer that celebrated both art forms. The reason this was so special to Tucker, is because he had a male figure in his life: Dwight Graves, who was like a second father. Dwight was an incredibly gifted potter, member of the NH League of Craftsmen, and had been awarded the Governors Award for his art. He owned a pottery studio called Cone 10, which also happens to be the temperature in which a lot of pottery is fired at to cure. Dwight passed away in 2013, and this was the perfect opportunity to honor his memory!
CONE-10 is an American Pale Ale, featuring Cascade, Chinook, + Citra hops. The Cascade hops give this beer a bright citrusy flavor, the Chinook hops provide a bold resinus flavor profile dominated by pine, and the Citra hops give the beer a bold zesty tropical fruit addition. Overall slightly bitter, piney, with a subtle citrus sweetness. The layers this beer provides attempts to match the artistry and spirit of Dwight as a beautiful homage to his work, art, + memory! Only 4.9% abv, easy light drinker... heavy on the love + heart!

Not a new beer to us... but new to being back on the tap lines! ... we are very excited to welcome back a fan-favorite from when we 1st opened: LET IT BE!
Let It Be is one of our OG NEIPAs! This one was actually first called Formation #1 -- the very start of our experimental NEIPAs to test out which recipes would stick + be popular enough to gain an actual name// be re-brewed... and Formation #1 was such a hit, there was no way we couldn't give it a name for it to stick around + be re-brewed! ... hence the transition to Let It Be... serendipitous!
This NEIPA is made with Cashmere and Bru-1 hops. The Cashmere hops provide a smooth, silky bitterness with a complex fruit-forward aroma profile, that features notes of lemon, lime, melon, peach, and subtle coconut. The Bru-1 hops give this beer a fresh-cut pineapple aroma and flavor, to boost that tropical fruit depth and help with haze stability!
Coming in at 6.1% abv, this one is an easy drinker + a perfect summer compliment to the rotation!
