Barrel Aged As I Fly
Collab with Chuck's Barbershop
This collaboration was one of our fancier pairings! We partnered with the owners of Chuck's Barbershop (speakeasy themed bar) in Concord. Leveraging knob creek whiskey barrels, from the bar, to age this stout to perfection!
As I fly is our flagship stout with notes of cocoa + coffee, so aging this one in whiskey barrels gave it that little extra pizzazz for an elegant sipping experience and heightened flavor profile. 7% abv

Mallory Weiss
Collab with Mallory Weiss
This was our 1st beer collab with a local band! Mallory Weiss is a well-loved indie pop-punk // emo band playing music that is both up-beat and sometimes sad, featuring introspective lyrics that make you feel all the feels. They have somewhat of a cult following (in the best of ways) + their fan base have a lot of love for the music they make. This made for the perfect collab to launch our outdoor music scene and introduce concord to our patio stage! Mallory's iconic 1st press band t-shirts featured a graphic shot of Bassist Chris Rydel with what appears to be blood dripping out of his mouth. OUr goal with this beer was to create something that could emulate that same vibrancy and be a fun play on the iconic shot!
A true berliner weisse style beer, to compliment the bands name, made the most sense. Fruited with cherry + lime, we got that bright coloring (perfect for a Chris recreation shot-- see below!) 5.6% abv

Snipe
Collab with Pipedream Brewing
Continuing on the breweries collaborating with breweries train... this collaboration beer was with Pipedream brewing of Londonderry. Their team likes to have fun, and so does ours, so this was a really fun beer to make! We had laughs + good times brewing at both of our spots for maximum high vibes!

S.A.D.
Collab with Sad AF Collective
Sad AF collective is concord's first + only true Emo Night organization! The goal: to host memorable, nostalgic, + uplifting music events throughout the year, where the emo community can come together, in a safe place, surrounded by like-minded individuals. Each event is geared at highlighting local talent, supporting the emo + pop-punk music scene, and emphasizing the importance of mental heath awareness + suicide prevention! These shows are focused on reminding guests that you are not alone + the world is better with you in it! Run by our very own Social Media Manager + event coordinator: Starsea, this is her passion project, and every event is jam-packed with love... down to every detail. So having a beer collab for our first outdoor patio emo night was a no-brainer cherry on top!
S.A.D. was inspired by the most popularly consumed beer of the emo scene: that very recognizable 3-letter domestic beer you can get almost anywhere. this is our take on that low-abv, easy-sipper, for a night of crushable cans and packed full of the best memories! 4.1% abv

BeBop
Collab with bebop labs
This beer collab was a 1st for us! Partnering with an organization that's mission is to research, gather, + disseminate scientific data and knowledge to the public on the impacts to health + environment... while supplying public access to a collaborative science laboratory to educate, invent, and empower local individuals. They are a volunteer-run organization and fundraising helps make tick testing free! We are continuously looking for more community-focused initiatives to support and help make our beloved nh home the best place to be!
bebop was a NEIPA with just the right amount of bite. Coming in at 6.1% abv

ayla's army
Collab with Ayla's army
A collaboration to pull on your heart-strings this one! *get some tissues ready* Ayla's army is an organization to raise awareness and funding for DIPG (diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma) which is a type of brain tumor primarily impacting children (mainly between the ages of 5 -7). Ayla's Army is the leading partner in this fundraising work, raising awareness and funding cutting-edge clinical research for pediatric brain cancer! Ayla's army was founded in NH by Tim + Erin Slivka, and is a tribute to their daughter Ayla Grace, who passed away from dipg on June 29th, 2022. Ayla, who will forever be a 6 year old angel, was a healthy, vibrant, smart, and extremely thoughtful little girl and there were no signs or symptoms leading up to her diagnosis (which is often the case with DIPG). When they reached out to do something special for their girl + their efforts, this was one collaboration we had zero hesitation in saying yes to!
Just like Ayla's Army, driven by love and fueled by purpose, this NEIPA was brewed with those exact sentiments in mind. A sweet and lovable beer, for a sweet lovable little girl with a lingering flavor to remind you that the fight still goes on. 6.3% abv

Radio Daze
Collab with NHPR
Being known as one of the best places in town to go to for trivia night, it was an honor to be approached by NHPR (New Hampshire Public Radio) to team up for a special trivia night twist! NHPR wanted to do a trivia night takeover: aka: News + Brews, and we were thrilled by the idea! Being our biggest trivia night to-date, we held this special event out on our patio!... and in true FFB fashion, no big event happens here without the perfect beer collab to support the festivities!

Famous Mockingbird
Collab with penuches
This collaboration was wayyyyy overdue! We have been long-term friends with the crew over at penuches ale house, in the heart of downtown concord, for well... forever! So making a beer together was something we should have thought to do way sooner than this one actually happened... but oh-so happy we finally made it come together! and just in time! This beer was a celebration beer to honor their 25 years of amazing vibes, delicious drinks, + great music contributions to the concord community! If you've ever been to the basement bar, you know they know craft beer in there + we are honored to be an always-on rotation for them!

bevy
Collab with pink boots
Each year we do a Lady-brewed beer as part of the pInk boots society's celebration of females in the industry. We get all of our lovely ladies on the team together to have some fun in the brew house... AND THIS YEAR WAS ONE OF THE MOST FUN ONES YET! IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW: THE MASH-OUT STEP OF THE BREWING PROCESS CREATES A WET GRAIN CONSISTENCY OF WASTE (THAT WE DONATE TO LOCAL FARMS) THAT ALSO EMULATES the same consistency as a camomile face mask (lol!) The team had a lot of fun this year turning brew day into a dual-purpose spa day! (even getting the guys in on the face mask fun! haha).
Bevy was the perfect beer name this year's Pink Boots brew because Bevy in bird lingo stands for a group or flock ... and well, this beer wouldn't be possible without our female flock! The label for this one was also created by our girl Kacie! She illustrated what some of our female team members would look like as their perfect bird spirit-animals... all wearing pink boots of course! 5.8% abv

hang 2
Collab with 2 Share Brewing
If you know FFB, you know we are Always here for our community... and we often hold fundraising events for good causes, businesses in the community we love, and most importantly humans we care about dearly that need our support. Our friends over at To Share brewing also share that mentality... and one of their own: co-owner Jenni Share was unfortunately one of those individuals that needed a little extra support from the community. Jenni was battling breast cancer, and was on the tough journey of treatments (which she kicked ass with btw!). We held an outdoor patio party, dunk-tank and all, to keep things light-hearted, fun, + supportive, to raise as much money as we could to help ease the burden of our friend's journey!
This was an Australian sparkling ale... which was bubbly, vibrant + sparkling, just like Jenni's personality! 4.2% abv

community kolsch
Collab with Concord food co-op
We've mentioned before loving to partner with local businesses and supporting our community as much as possible. Market Days is a yearly tradition in downtown concord, where the community comes together for a weekend of fun, art, music, and festivities. This was our 1st time getting to brew a special beer for the occasion! The Concord Food Co-op, right in the heart of main Street, partnered with us on this project and it was truly one for the books!
This was a light traditional kolsch. The beer label was designed by our girl Kacie, who not only worked at FFB, but also did the marketing and graphics over at the Food Co-op... so it was a no-brainer alignment of causes + talents! Coming in at 4.9% abv

Field trip
Collab with Four Star Farms
Just like its namesake... this one was a fun field trip for the team! We hiked over to four star farms to secure some fresh hops to brew with... and man-oh-man does that fresh hop brew just hit different! For those that don't know, the more customary way we brew is with pelletized hops we get from our vendors, as those have a better shelf life and gives us the ability to bring in more of a variety of hop strands. However, brewing with hops fresh from the farm is the more fun approach and lends itself to a very different finished beer flavor. This way to brew is very time-sensitive, so it was an all-hands-on-deck adventure for the team!
Field trip was our first, and only to-date, fresh hop IPA. Coming in at 5.5% abv

northern exposure
Collab with Concord skate park
Add it to the que of love + support for the Concord Skate Park association... yet again, we brewed a collab beer with the homies over at CSP to help them raise funds for a new Skatepark in Concord! If you aren't aware, we are the only capital city in the U.S. that does not have an up-to-date state-of-the-art skatepark, which is honestly embarrassing... especially with how large + vibrant our skate community is here in concord. To top it off, this initiative and ask of CSP to the city has been going on for years, and the crew is FINALLY in a place where they are being heard + being taken seriously to move the needle forward in getting funding for a new park! The hiccup however, is that the city is expecting these guys to self-raise $500,000 themselves before they get funding help from the city. So any and all effort + support they can get is greatly appreciated to chip away at that goal number! SO naturally, we are happy to help in any way we can, to not just help the homies, but also help concord on its progression path to becoming a more up-to-date, with-the-times, and hip place to live! Not to mention that this new skatepark would benefit future generations for years to come!
This one was called Northern Exposure, named after a local skateboard company that is skater owned + operated. 7.5% abv

Mountain wanderer
Collab with mountain wanderer

This one was a light, easy, Czech Pilsner. 5.5% abv

sasso
Collab with pink boots
Our yearly pink boots brew, made by and for the ladies of the brewery... this year's creation was a dual-purpose labor of love! One of our very 1st employees, Sassy, who has been a staple to the energy + vibe of our taproom, was leaving us to start the next chapter in her journey out-of-state. It only made sense we made a beer in her honor, and that it not only feature a nickname of endearment for her, but also showcased her very loveable baby radar, who was adopted while she was with us and who grew up in our taproom! to the bestest girl, and the bestest boy, this one's for yoU!
Sasso was a Sour Ipa combo focused on a Peach flavoring, and the perfect pairing of sour + sweet, just like our girl Sass! 6.5% abv

barley & friends
Collab with barley house
Talk about an epic collaboration moment. Our friends over at Barley House in downtown concord have officially turned 25 years old! And there was no better way to celebrate their contributions to the community, than a delicious beer collab with us! They've brought good food, craft beer, + live music to town for so long... and we are honored to be chosen to create this tribute for them!
Barley & Friends was a juicy, hazy, smooth, and well-loved New England IPA. 6% abv

sad af
Collab with sad af collective
Every year Sad AF Collective hosts epic emo nights in town, to bring the emo community together for nights of nostalgia, angst, community, + mental health awareness! Each year, we get to host one of those awesome events out on the patio, for a summertime sadness extravaganza, celebrating amazing local talent! We brewed S.A.D. the 1st 2 years, then this last year that same beer got a glow-up and a label re-brand... transitioning it to "Sad AF" instead. Same beer, same great light + crushable taste, same money raising initiative to help with mental health awareness + suicide prevention + same love for the emo scene + community!
A light American lager, that's depressingly good in the best of ways! 4.9% abv

granite state christmas
Collab with granite state candy shoppe
This collaboration was a sweet treat for sure! OUr first time partnering with a candy shop... and of course we had to make sure it was THE candy shop of concord: Granite State candy shoppe! This special place is a historic, family-owner sweet treats haven established in 1927 and is famous for handcrafting every type of candy your heart can desire! When we think candy, we think of the holiday season + how it makes that time of year just a little bit sweeter! So why not leverage that inherent affinity into our brew schedule to give you the best holiday treat!
Granite State Christmas 2025 was an elevated bottled beer, perfect for stocking stuffing + gift giving! This Christmas Ale had notes of vanilla, cinnamon, + cocoa nibs making it a great + subtly sweet winter warmer. 7.8% abv

everything's fine
Collab with dos amigos burritos
We've wanted to do a collab with these guys for quite some time now! Dos Amigos Burritos in downtown Concord is THE spot in town for the best tacos, burritos, and more ... since 2007... and the perfect candidate to try out something spicy with! We wanted to take our award-winning Mexican Lager, and give it a little spicy twist. Dos supplied the Habanero peppers and we had ourselves some heat-level spice tastings to gauge the right amount of heat for this beer. Tasty noms + zippy beer is a killer combo and we had a lot of fun with this one for sure!
Everything's Fine was a habanero mexican lager. 5.4% abv
